Each piece of Kate Rider jewelry is handmade to order in Carmel Valley, California. Due to the nature of handmade pieces, slight variations in shape, size and texture do occur. Still, the goal is to make every piece perfect in it’s own unique way. KRJ is committed to creating affordable jewelry from high quality materials.

Refunds and Exchanges

Shipping

Online Purchases - If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a full refund minus the shipping charges or exchange it against any other item. Please contact KRJ to initiate the return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the order. Special orders and custom design pieces are not available for return. Purchased items will not be accepted for return after 5 days upon receipt but can be used toward merchandise credit. No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days of receiving the ordered item.

All orders are shipped within 5 days of being place via USPS First Class Priority Mail with Deliver Conformation. Expedited shipping is available for additional charge. International orders are shipped via USPS international mail.

Damages and Repairs

If your jewelry piece is damaged upon arrival, please contact KRJ immediately upon receipt. If your piece is accidentally damaged or you lose half of your earring pair, please contact me to discuss other options and possible charges.
